Technical Support

To log into your email from your tablet or desktop PC:

Log in to your email by clicking on the "Secure Log In" button at the top of this page, or go to mail.faithnames.net using any browser.

To log into your email from a smartphone or tablet:

Option 1) To access via webmail (using your browser):

Go to mail.faithnames.net/mobile from your mobile device using any browser and log in with your email address and password

Option 2) To access using an app on your device:

Setup your mobile device by clicking here or going to https://help.emailsrvr.com from the phone or tablet you wish to set up and follow the instructions. This will setup the mail app built into your mobile device. You may also click on the "Setup Phone / Tablet" button at the top of any page using the device you wish to set up.

Detailed help is available by clicking on the "3 bars" symbol on the top right of your screen while logged into your email account, and then selecting "Support" (The 3 bars symbol will be just to the right of your email address on the top right of the page)
